Daily Programme Activities

  • Every Morning : at 6 am, gathering for a meditation in the hall.
  • Meditation : 6:15 am to 7 am
  • Warming exercise : 7 am to 8:30 am
  • Yoga class : 8 am to 10 am
  • Yoga Nidra relaxation : 10 am to 11 am
  • Theoretical lecture : 11 to 12 pm (bring your copy and pen )
  • Lecture for ayurvedic diet/ philosophy/yoga
  • Lunch break : 12 to 2 pm
  • Rest : 2 pm to 4 pm
  • Intensive yoga practice : 4 pm to 6 pm
  • Relaxation : 6 to 6:30 pm
  • Little break for tea
  • Evening meditation : 6 to7 pm
  • The program includes : Music meditation - Relaxation meditation - kundalini meditation - chanting prayer
  • Dinner : 8 to 10 pm
